Our 2011/12 season starts Sept, 10, 2011 – June 26, 2012

What should my child bring to class?

Proper dance attire, water, a willingness to learn and a positive attitude.

Do I have to sign my child up for class ahead of time?

It’s best to register in advance as you may not be able to join a class currently in progress.

How do I sign up my child for classes?

Please fill out our online registration form and or call 905.851.0003 and leave your e-mail, name, child’s age and the class that you are interested in. You can register in person or over the phone with a credit card (fees may apply).

What is DLM’s dress code?

All DLM students must be in their DLM T-shirts/top with black bottoms at all times. DLM tops are available at the office for purchase.

     Hip Hop/ Acro – DLM TOP / Black Sweat pants / Black, non-marking INDOOR running shoes
     Jazz – DLM Top / Black Jazz pants / Black Jazz Shoes
     Tap – DLM Top / Black Sweat pants / Black tap Shoes
     Ballet Girls – DLM Tank / Black Leotard / Pink Tights / Pink Ballet Slippers
     Ballet Boys – DLM Tank / Black Jazz Pants / Black Ballet Slippers

What are your class rates?

What are your registration months?

September and January

What Makes DLM different from other studios?

DLM is a dance and entertainment company, we specialize in training dancers by maximizing dance time, working on technique and helping our students to understand what makes you a success in the entertainment world of dance.

What if my child misses a class?

Please call or e-mail in missed classes ASAP. There are no makeup classes, refunds or credits on missed classes. Missed classes may result in a review of your child membership.

What are my payment options?

Preferred payments can be made in full or by 10 post-dated cheques ( made out to DLM Studio Woodbridge), payments made by most major credit cards are also accepted (additional charges may apply)

What if my child has never taken dance class before?

We have beginner programs and our teachers and choreographers work to insure that each child is comfortable and receives equal amount of attention, beginners are challenged to dance like their no tomorrow.

What classes does my child take?

To join our professional, competition or general team it is mandatory to take Hip Hop and Jazz classes, contact a DLM representative and you will be guided to the appropriate program.

How can my child join DLM’s performance class and or competition team?

You must be invited or attend an audition.

How can my child get into performances?

You must have prior experience, be an advanced dancer or show great potential and professionalism.

Is DLM an agency?

No DLM is not an agency we are a dance training facility.
