Dancing before she could walk, Alycia Santilli has always been a true performer. Growing up in her hometown of Toronto, Alycia received her Hip-Hop training at one of Toronto’s first hip hop schools, DLM Studio. She has worked and trained with various choreographers as well as performed at numerous corporate and industry functions including: Toronto’s Design Exchange, Miss Teen Canada, Z103.5 Street Mix Release Party, Harry Jerome Awards, and Much on Demand. Some of her work also includes back up dancing for Karl Wolf & Captain Hookz at the 2015 Pam Am Logo Reveal, TLC’s “Rich Bride Poor Bride”, MTV’s Movie “Turn the Beat Around”, and opening for Danny Fernandes with recording artist Lola. Passion and love for the stage drives the creativity behind her choreography, inspiring her to grow each day into a dynamic, powerful dancer.
Born in her home town of Toronto, Ontario, Desahrai Petrucci has been grooving to the beat ever since she could stand on her feet. Desahrai has always loved to dance and wanted to persue her passion in dance when she decided to become a member of the DLM family in 2003. Ever since then Desahrai has been growing into a strong and entertaining dancer. Desahrai has been involved in all dance criteria from music videos, dance competitions, corporate events, dance teams and teaching. Trained in hip hop Desahrai also enjoys dancing and learning the styles of dancehall, house, and jazz. Her favourite thing to do is to perform and she always hits the stage with a fierce attitude.
Mini Peiris started dancing at the age of 3. She began training in ballet, jazz and tap but grew a unique love for hip hop dancing. Throughout the years she also became familiar with cultural dance such as traditional Sri Lankan dancing. She has performed all across Toronto at many big events which include Toronto’s Original Choreographer’s Ball, the 10th World Wushu Championships, Import Fest and much more. Mini also danced along side Frank D’Angelo as a Cheetah Power Surge Energy Drink dancer. She has been with DLM since September 2010 and is determined to help bring the company to another level.
Dancer/Choreographer. Born Omar White on June 13th, 1985 in Kingston, Jamaica. The youngest of two, Omar has had a joy for dance for as long as he could remember. That joy turned into a passion for him when he moved to Toronto, Canada on February 13th, 1997 and won his first dance talent competition the following year. Omar found the opportunity to do more with dancing in Canada than he ever could in his native island of Jamaica. He started entering talent shows and joining as many dance programs that his school could provide, including joining Musical Theater in high school. In that class Omar learned; his first real choreography, different styles of dance, and won his first big competition, placing first in both hip-hop and Jazz at the Kiwanis Festival Dance Competition. But that wasn’t enough for Omar, he was hooked. After leaving high school he joined the dance company Touch International where he got training to hone his skills, the opportunity to do more choreography, and the experience in performing professionally. From there Omar applied at DLM Dance and Entertainment Company to be a Choreographer and nailed it. He continues with them as a professional dancer and choreographer performing and choreographing for, charity fundraisers, fashion shows, music videos, tv shows, major corporate events with TD Canada Trust, Price Water House Coopers, Miss Teen Canada, etc. With his strong and unique style of dancing and choreographing, he’s become one of the most sought after performers in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area). He’s worked with names such as Donyelle Jones and Ryan Rankine of the American So You Think You Can Dance Season 2, Jae Blaze of Blaze Entertainment, Hollywood Jade of Artist In Motion, Chris Clarke of Nexx Level, Anthony Smith or Ambitious Movement, and many more.
